Rachel Foster-Boldt graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1991 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She began in neuro-rehab and became a certified ROPES course instructor. She transitioned to long-term care in the Austin area. She served as Rehab Director of The Westin in Temple, until she was offered an outpatient therapy position at Georgetown Hospital.
After two years there, she and a co-worker opened Hutto Therapy Center in 2005 and grew a successful private practice. She specializes in Myofascial Release, upper extremity rehab, treatment of vertigo and functional use of the Interactive Metronome.
At the end of 2024, her business partner decided to retire and “the time was right” to close Hutto Therapy. She and her husband plan to retire in the Burnet area, and she’s excited to continue her career with Better Now PT.
When she is not working, Rachel is DIYing – building a barn-do, renovating a bunkhouse or tearing out a wall somewhere!
